Music Therapy at Amar Jyoti

At Amar Jyoti School, we believe in the power of music to enhance the learning experience and development of our students. That’s why we have initiated a project to incorporate music and rhythm into our teaching pedagogy.

This project aims to use music as a tool to develop skills in areas such as communication, academics, and behavior management. Music has the ability to stimulate various areas of the brain, which can enhance learning and memory. Additionally, music therapy can help improve physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional abilities.

Mr. Abhinav Mishra, our music therapist, plans to introduce a meditative space for students through sound and music. This space will help soothe students and enhance their attention, creating a conducive environment for learning. Mr. Mishra will also work with regular teachers to help them incorporate rhythm into their teaching strategies, making learning more engaging and effective for all students.

Through this initiative, we aim to create a holistic learning environment that nurtures the overall development of our students, enabling them to reach their full potential.
